  • Return Shipment: After obtaining the RA number, securely package the items and ship them back to us. The return shipment cost will be covered by Arabian Secret Fragrance in cases of damaged goods or incorrect shipments.

  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned items, our team will inspect the products to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
  • Refund or Replacement: If the return is approved, you may choose between a refund or a replacement of the items. Refunds will be processed within 1-5 business days.

  • Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
